Tim Payne is the Owner Operator of Payne Pacfic Contracting. He is a skilled tradesman with over 16 years experience, working hands-on in many aspects of the building industry including , high-end renovations, complicated additions, finishing carpentry, foundation and framing. Tim has a complete understanding of general contracting and personally oversees all aspects of the business. He is known for his attention to detail and willingness to pitch in and work alongside his crew when necessary.

Tim completed his Red Seal Certification in (DATE) through BCIT-- the standard of excellence in BC’s trade industry. He credits his expertise to working with reputable building professionals with incredibly high standards throughout his career.
